Turned up 5 days later then promised.
When it finally arrived you had the wrong house number on the label.
The packaging was all broken and ripped and the goods inside scuffed and scratched.
Yes you offered to come collect and replace but to be fair I wouldn't trust you to get it right again. I will NEVER order from you again and will advise all colleagues, family and friends about my experience with you.
