It was not the fault of the company, but after three failed delivery attempts by their chosen courier FedEx, I had no choice but to ask for a full refund.
The suppliers you chose represent your company, in my experience this has not been a great one.
Company fine, very helpful and understanding, it's just a real shame that this was my first order with them.
I would like to place further orders, but I have no confidence that I will receive the goods!
