I ordered 5 1200 mm fluorescent tubes which were sent by wholesaler called YESSS. They arrived very quickly, the next day by carrier. They had been very well packed but when I opened them the pins on the end of one of the tubes was broken. By how they were packed it must have been like that prior to packing. I phoned the supplier and they appologised and said they will send a replacement which arrived again by carrier the next day. Prevously when I have ordered bulbs from Bulbs2Go there has not been any problem.
