I placed my first order for fresh dog food for my picky eater, but my dog passed before my order shipped. I emailed their customer service team to cancel my order since my dog had passed. They immediately cancelled and refunded my order without hesitation. I later received a beautiful plant from Bloomscape in their honor with condolences for my Daisy Mae.
