Naomi, our chihuahua, loved The Farmer’s Dog food. She would empty her bowl instantly since we introduced the food to her. Unfortunately, Naomi passed away suddenly due to cancer, leaving several packages of food unfinished. The Farmer’s Dog company was incredibly kind and sad when they heard the tragic news; they refunded us for all the unused packages and allowed us to donate or dispose of the food. Not only did they offer this thoughtful gesture, but they also sent us a beautiful plant and comforting words of condolence a few days later. This demonstrated how much they care for dogs and their owners. Their support meant a lot to us, and we are truly grateful for their kindness during this difficult time of sorrow.
