the food definitely made my dog's poop healthy and no longer constantly soft. She actually loves every flavor but I am writing this review because of the outstanding customer service team. They respond immediately and help and resolve any issue on the spot. Dealt with Nick today on changing my plan a llittle for the upcoming shipment and it was a total pleasure to deal with competent, responsive people. I'll never switch!
