Been using their food for almost a year. The first couple of months everything was fine. My last 2 packages I received from them were darker in color. I only get one type of food so it should have been normal like the others have been. Several times my dog got sick and would go days without eating. A couple of times my dog would just sniff it and walk away. And I'd throw it out. 60% of the time my dog would eat it and she would be fine the other 40% didn't go so well. I reached out and emailed them about the food being bad or spoiled and I never heard from them, canceled my plan with them and using something else.
