Unbelievable customer service 👏 👏👏 I was expecting a shipment about the time we had our latest snow storm. Due to the storm, my package was severely delayed. Without me having to do anything, they reached out to me and said, hey we noticed your shipment hasn't reached you yet, etc... They gave me instructions what to do and what to look for. And again, without me doing ANYTHING, they sent me an immediate replacement shipment so my lil sweetie never ran out of food. Top notch service! Thank you Farmer's Dog. Also, she loves it and I have a hard time keeping my cat out of it. Lol
