I am very frustrated with the subscription service for Farmer’s Dog food. I was assured that I would receive a reorder email before my trial ended. If I had, I would have stated that my dog refuses to eat the chicken & grain recipe and to just send the turkey recipe. Instead I received an email that my full order (including the much-disliked chicken recipe) was en route in the next two days. I immediately called to edit the order & was told it could not be edited. Now I will be stuck with several pouches of something my puppy will not eat. Additionally, I had to transition from the previous dogfood to the new food & that took a week so I was already behind on the schedule. I was offered a refund on the chicken recipe from the trial plus a refund for the chicken recipe in the next order, but they cannot reimburse me for all the chicken recipe due to a glitch in the system. Needless to say, I have CANCELLED my subscription & do not recommend this company.
