For me, who does't have musician friends to feedback on my mixing etc, the mix analysis is really good, and I am very happy with the feedback I am getting.
I am very happy about the results from the Mastering service too, but I'm usually trying to initiate some communications about my tracks, but I feel it's more treated lite "business as usual" rather that to have that discussion with me. This is why The FAT Mastering is only getting a 4 rating.
