I have not yet received my final master yet so I am unable to give a full review yet hence why 3 stars. However so far friendly service, but turnaround is quite slow just for one song. For example it takes 3 days for them to get back with an analysis and another 4 days after you return your amended mix to get back with the master. The 4 days only includes weekdays so if your at 3 days and the weekend hits, it ends up being longer than 4 days.
