Received the worst mismatched bouquet ever. Some flowers were already dying, some were ripped and they look like the last one of everything that was let in the shop. Terrible florist and the worst attitude when I called in to return them refused a refund so had to escalate to my bank. Avoid, Heaton Moor deserves better.
