Initially telephoned from Scotland to confirm that they could accommodate me by delivering within a one hour time slot on a specific day. Gentleman confirmed they could and kindly offered to take order on phone but I was still considering options available on their web site. Ordered with ease online from a wide choice. Aunt delighted with the beautiful arrangement received. Would recommend.
