The Garden Furniture Centre gave poor service and I cannot recommend them. The time taken to reply to some emails was ok [8 emails took 1-4 days] but there were 8 more emails which went unanswered.
After placing an order, they sent an email stating "Our current delivery lead time is 4 weeks", despite the order being placed with kerbside deliver [additional charge], which states '48/72 hr despatch'. The order eventually arrived after 21 days, and only after several email prompts.
Upon challenging the 4 week deliver times, I was subsequently called "arrogant" by a member of staff.
I ordered incompatible items and whilst this was of my own making, an observant sales team would have noticed this and rectified it prior to despatch.
Whilst I attempted to resolve the situation amicably, and offering to remove a poor review elsewhere, I have, perhaps unsurprisingly, not received a reply to that email. In a previous email, I was told "If you wish to have a refund, then you will have to find a way to return the goods to us."
