We had difficulty with the web site and were unable to order two products at the same time. On contact with the firm by phone we were able to place our order . I then received several e mails giving me the progress of my order . I even received confirmation that Royal Mail had delivered my order 10 minutes after the post man had left. As I live in a remote part of Scotland I was very impressed with the speed at which the order was delivered. I would certainly use your firm again.
