Was pleased that you had free samples for the product I was interested in, however, I paid nearly £6 for Next Day P+P, but as my order was only placed late afternoon on a Thursday, I was not expecting to receive it on the Friday but I did expect it on the Saturday (as it was coming via Royal Mail).
My samples only got delivered on the Monday! Which for a £6 charge I find a bit ridiculous, the said samples could of been popped into a normal sized envelope with a 1st class stamp on and I would of got them in the same time span!
