Always a very prompt delivery, which the postman leaves in a safe place if I'm not in (unlike some other online orders...), and always a little something extra in the parcel - like a perfume tester or something which is a nice surprise. The points scheme is great too and saves me a bit of money each time I make a purchase. Thanks!
