Would have given a '5' but one of the lid of one of the bottle of cleanser I ordered arrived broken. Luckily it hadn't leaked so but I wouldn't be able to transport as completely broken off. Otherwise very impressed, quick turn around, used Royal Mail (so much better than most of other delivery systems) and several nice little sample. Just need a bit of bubble wrap next time!
