Always a pleasure to buy from - they have never let me down! Service is instant and goods despatched very quickly. Helpful when I couldn't manage a pin number when I first started using the internet. LOVE the inclusions of samples to try out and often buy as a result. Like the points system. Only critique is that I still have to buy in from France for some of my Avene products as they don't stock the full range.
