My product was despatched, but didn't arrive as expected. I called The Garden Pharmacy and a second product was despatched, immediately, free of charge. The original product eventually arrived some weeks later! The Garden Pharmacy were excellent about this, their customer service couldn't be better. I would highly recomment them to everyone!
