A very swift and very friendly service. Easy to reach on the phone if you need to or just to purchase online. A really lovely touch to also be sent free samples with your purchase. Only quibble is their rewards scheme, which for someone who doesn't buy that much from them on a regular basis is unworkable. A little disappointing, but doesn't put me off as they have such a great range of products.
