On receiving my on-line order I was disappointed to discover I had ordered the wrong item. I telephoned your Clinique department and as no one was available to discuss the item I was looking for, was promised a return call within 15 minutes. The call was duly received as promised and I was informed that the item I wanted was no longer available. However the young lady was extremely helpful in suggesting how to remedy the situation and to recommend an alternative product. I am delighted to send this feedback and congratulate you on your excellent staff who obviously feel that customer satisfaction in of paramount importance. Thank you so much.
