I booked the working holiday for Canada and was assigned a trip coordinator. She was helpful at the beginning but after payment was pretty hard to get hold of for advice. We encountered many unexpected costs that were not mentioned in the initial calls. I was charged an extra £400 for a medical exam which I was told I wouldn’t need initially. I was later assigned David as a travel concierge who was supposed to book my flights and find an insurance provider. He quoted ridiculous prices which were double the cost of the flights I had researched. I ended up booking my own flights, but a girl I travelled with was charged £300 extra by Global for the same flight. The only helpful person in this process was Eimear. She went above and beyond for us and was wonderful. She met us when we arrived and helped us to get set up in Canada. Overall, I’m happy with where I have ended up but I would not use this company again.
