“Planning a life changing event like working and living abroad doesn't come without a mountain of tasks, unseen hurdles and life admin I really wasn't ready for... Luckily the stress was pretty much evaporated by the team at Global who made the process a breeze, guiding through the stages of booking, planning and all the admin you wouldn't think about until I landed... Flights. Visa. Phone Sim. First Hostel, and probably most reassuring of all - a job when you've stepped off the plane. They handle it absolutely perfectly, pre trip nerves ? Squashed with constant check ins for concerns and changes of your plans ! Nothing is too much trouble for the team at Global, who guide you through the whole journey from concept to landing on the tarmac Down under - with continued support after you've settled to really keep you reassured. I would highly recommend Global based on my experience with them, be it for a working holiday, excursion tour or any of their services! What makes it so much more tangible is the team there have had their own travelling experiences and handle your booking on a human level, really hyping you up in the build up and putting any worries at ease. My trip In particular was handled flawlessly by Myles, David and Asti. Who I highly commend from taking me out of a nowhere job bored in the UK to living the dream down under in Melbourne !”

“This has been an amazing experience! Teaching monks and children at the orphanage is so rewarding! Not only do the students appreciate our time and effort, they end up teaching us so much! I appreciate the simple, dorm style accomodations, close to the office (with many resources) as well as the quiet neighborhood. The people of Thailand, notorious for their smiles, have filled my heart at every thurn.”

“This was such a great experience; being able to stop and learn something new in a beautiful place like Cusco in the midst of travelling. The community that was created with my housemates and classmates really made the experience even better as well. I am very pleased to gain my TEFL certificate that I will be able to use in the future as well as meeting new people from all around the world. Going into this experience I did not know whay to expect but was very happy with it.”

“This trip has been amazing, I'm so glad it's not over yet. It's been nothing but rewarding. Building new relationships with the campers and counsellors. Learning about new cultures and traditions. I don't want it to end.”

“Emma was amazing. Really tailored the trip to me, she made she I got a job I liked in a location that suited my preferences. I told her I wanted somewhere beautiful with lots of outdoors activities available for after work. She helped me get a job in Revelstoke, which is all about hiking, mountain biking in the Summer and skiing, snowboarding in the winter.”

“My trip coordinator, Elsie, has been absolutely amazing! She has been incredibly helpful in organising my trip and made sure every step of the process ran smoothly. From the moment I got off the plane, I felt so reassured knowing someone was there to pick me up and take me to the accommodation that had already been organised for me. Travelling to the UK on my own was a big step, and having someone guide me through the process made it so much less overwhelming. Elsie kept me informed about what I needed to do and when, making it much easier to stay on top of everything throughout the lead-up to my trip. If it wasn't for Elsie and the team at Global Work & Travel, I honestly don't think I would have felt confident doing this trip by myself. Their support and guidance made the whole experience so much easier, and I'm so grateful for all of their help. I would highly recommend Global Work & Travel to anyone considering travelling overseas!”

She has helped me settle in, checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well, and has always been incredibly quick to respond whenever I've had any questions or run into any issues. Knowing I have someone so supportive and reliable has made a world of difference. The level of care and communication I've received has exceeded my expectations, and I genuinely feel supported every step of the way. “The past 2 weeks have made me the happiest I have ever felt. Both the staff and my fellow volunteers made the experience. Every single person was so lovely and encouraged me to push myself out my comfort zone. My experience has been nothing but phenomenal from start to finish. I went skydiving, petted a tranquillised lion, saw many of the big 5 and explored other parts of South Africa on my weekend excursions. I had such an amazing time that I am looking into booking my next trip. The team I worked with at Global Work and Travel, including David, Charlie and Ryan have been nothing but helpful. They have always checked in to ensure all my questions were answered, and have always communicated with me about changes to schedules, flights and the trip itself. I cannot thank them enough for making my dream possible.”

“I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience with Global Work & Travel. Brianna, Matilda, and the whole team were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process! They were always so informative, helpful, and patient, answering every question I had and reassuring me whenever I felt nervous or unsure. Planning a move overseas can be overwhelming, but they made the whole process feel so easy and stress-free. From organising everything before I left to making sure I was prepared every step of the way, I always felt supported. I'm so appreciative of everything they've done. I'm now in Canada, working and enjoying every minute of it, and I couldn't have done it without their support. “Overall the experience has been pretty good and has gone pretty smoothly. Global made all the prep work before coming over to the UK manageable and helped me be prepared. All the staff and everyone I have dealt with is lovely and very helpful. The only downside experience I had was at the airport when I arrived I was stuck waiting at the airport for 1hr 30 mins as there was a miscommunication with the airport transfer but other than that everything has been good :)”

“So far my trip has been amazing. The first week was difficult, due to jet lag, a little homesick. It has been a big change. But the animal rescue centre is place to gain some animal experience and ro feel like a zookeeper. The rooms are simple but the surroundings are beautiful..if u like sloths this is the place for u. Lots of good people. Next destination will be samara which is on the pacific coast in a little surf town.”
