The whole time that I was planning my trip Asti was very helpful and willing to help me. My arrival was a lot more stress free due to the pre arrival plan where I had a hostel booked for me and a driver to pick me up and take me. They also arranged for me to participate in a bar crawl which was a good way to meet some new people. Asti has also since been in contact with me about how my time has been and also been available to answer all the questions I had once I had arrived.
