Nothing short of fantastic. My trip co-ordinator Calum was always superbly patient, helpful and encouraging throughout the duration of the process, and always friendly. Never did I once feel an ounce of stress about my trip, because I always felt that everything was fully taken care of and I had nothing to worry about except getting to the airport!
