The service I've received from the team at global work and travel hasn't been the best. Before arriving in Ireland for my working holiday everything was sounding promising and good. Since arriving in Dublin the Irish cell phone number they gave me didn't work and was a rigmoral to set up. Secondly the issues with setting up a wise account led me to being locked out of the account with no access to the account. My place of employment for one doesn't accept a wise account,so the drama of setting up and irish bank account has been a nightmare. I've been fortunate enough that the HR team at my place of work have been so helpful in assisting me with getting a bank account sorted as well as the PPS number. Those 3 things were the big selling points as to why I went with global,the irish cell number,bank account and PPS number sorted. I know the company has said they have 24/7 support but I don't feel like I can rely on them when it's needed.
