I came as an older volunteer as was made to feel very welcome and included by both the staff at the centre and the other volunteers . This is a very well organised programme right from my initial contact with Global and throughout the trip. The work is meaningful and you are kept busy. You really do feel that you are making a difference but there is still time to sightsee and chill. Would recommend for any age!
