I had ample amounts of information through the planning journey and once I arrived and settled in. I liked that I had access and encouragement to communicate and ask as many questions as necessary; either via message or video chats. Jasmine seemed always available and ready with the answers while also delivering her genuine and kind personality making it feel like I wasn't talking to some stranger on the internet. Jasmine had a responsibility to help this run smoothly and make me feel confident in the directions and travel plans - she did this very well and I thank her so much for her time and support.
