Great communication from the start from Hannah and the team. One recommendation is that you should be able to give a deposit to get more information and not have to pay in full at the start to find out about the course. The airport pick up was smooth (from Liberia Airport, Costa Rica) and the accommodation suggested to us was right near the TEFL building for the course. The course itself was very informative but very long days from 10.30am to 7.30pm with a lot of grammar and preparation time needed for the lessons. You will be working outside these hours as well to get your lessons ready and to study. It was wonderful meeting people from all over the world and teaching a variety of classes from kids through to advanced. The communication with Global Work and Travel as well as Costa Rica TEFL was excellent (thanks so much Barb, Eleanor, Tonya and Courtney). A lot of support is given throughout the time there and a couple of lovely day trips on the weekend were included (eg Ziplining and a dolphin/turtle watching cruise. A wonderful experience overall.
