I found the initial process quite pushy and felt like truths were stretched in order to get a sale.. but once i was allocated my Canadian coordinator, Alex , it was so much better. A lot of people told me that i could do the whole process by myself and that i 'wasted' my money, but Alex made the whole process an absolute breeze, explained everything clearly and despite the time difference would reply promptly to any questions or queries I had.
