The initial phone call was very sales orientated and answer demanded immediately when a decision with such a high cost and commitment does require a thought. The extra deals were good if booked immediately but i did feel quite under pressure.
Every other stage was excellent however. All staff replied quickly to me with all my questions which was very comforting to know I had support 100%.
Would recommend to others.
