Excellent customer service from Dave. I went in to try a particular Paramo jacket, decided I then wanted another version that wasn't in stock (even on Paramo's website), but Dave ordered it in for me, plus organised my old Paramo to be recycled. I live 100 miles away so left the shop with no new jacket, no old jacket (sob) and trusting The Gorge Outdoors would sort me out.... and they didn't disappoint! A little over a week later, Dave called me to say my new jacket was ready for despatch. I paid for it over the phone which included the Paramo recycling deduction. It arrived the next day and fit was exactly as Dave advised. I'm one very happy customer. The Gorge Outdoors made this potentially complicated transaction very simple. Thank you.
