“This has to be one of the best online retailers I’ve ever dealt with. The speed of delivery was incredible. I had an issue with a jacket and David sorted out the issue with no questions asked, and with patience. He then sent out another jacket which came next day. This kind of service & the product knowledge David showed is so rare today. I will always buy from the Gorge Outdoors of if I can in future.”

“I’ve been enjoying buying from David at Gorge Outdoors for a number of years now. I can honestly say I only go elsewhere when I have no other option. David is a Top Bloke who goes the extra mile selling top kit. A proper shop with loads of knowledge and experience in kit and the outdoors. I wish all shops were like this.. Many thanks 😊”

“Excellent customer service from Dave. I went in to try a particular Paramo jacket, decided I then wanted another version that wasn't in stock (even on Paramo's website), but Dave ordered it in for me, plus organised my old Paramo to be recycled. I live 100 miles away so left the shop with no new jacket, no old jacket (sob) and trusting The Gorge Outdoors would sort me out.... and they didn't disappoint! A little over a week later, Dave called me to say my new jacket was ready for despatch. I paid for it over the phone which included the Paramo recycling deduction. It arrived the next day and fit was exactly as Dave advised. I'm one very happy customer. The Gorge Outdoors made this potentially complicated transaction very simple. Thank you. I'll look forward to shopping with you again 👍”

“I purchased a Paramo jacket from Gorge Outdoors. The original order was delivered within 2 working days. When it arrived I discovered I had selected the wrong size and so returned the jacket asking for a replacement in the next size down. The returned jacket went into the post on Monday afternoon with the replacement delivered before Wednesday lunchtime. Outstanding service.”
