We canceled our order from Ashley Furnitire because of multiple delays and poor customer service. We were hesitant but hopeful and then delighted for a different experience at Great American. During this time of delays and months of waiting for most everything, we all need to exercise our patience. But poor customer service, rudeness and being lied to should never be tolerated! Even though I cannot remember the salesman's name at Great American, I remember that he listened to us and what we wanted. More importantly, after the sale, when I called to ask questions or ask for confirmation on delivery, there was competency and kindness. Then when delivery day arrived, several men arrived on time and were careful, polite, courteous and went out of their way to teach us how to dissassemble the sectional f/when the need arrived. I also appreciated how the guys worked well together. All this to say that this was a much better experience than what I've recently experienced from the competition. Time will tell regarding the quality of the sectional and how long it holds up, but for now, I think I've found my go to furniture store!!
