I hate to see stores go out of business, but in this case it is understandable. Overall the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I had a complete structural failure on a bed I purchased. TGAH would fo nothing but sell me a new bed, and die yo the circumstances I had no choice but to buy it. Subsequently I requested information from the manager of the store about the details of the transaction. He has failed to respond to my written requests and refused to return my phone calls. I would not do business with them or any successor business managed by the same people.

Our sale an cliff was great to deal with. Very relaxed and listened to what we were looking for . The delivery staff was friendly and courteous.

My salesman was great. No pressure sale just hangs out with you and talks to make you feel comfortable. He answered any question I had and checked inventory as we looked.

I love The Great American Home Store and Amber is my girl! 😍 She takes great care of me and has patience to show her customers respect and her devoted time! She is always very knowledgeable of the inventory, the quality of 1 item vs another and will assist you in deciding which credit option is best for YOU! The repair of my Headboard and Footboard was professionally done. The young man that came out to make the repairs did an EXCELLENT job. I cannot tell that there were any scratches or marks. I'm very pleased.

Now that room to go is taking over the homestore I had the worst experience ever after spending 10,000 for furniture that was damaged. Stay away from the new room to go.

When my bedroom suit was delivered the lights were not on the bed. I asked the person who delivered it and he stated he manager said it was AS IS. We purchased it with the lights. I had to call my salesman and then another person had to come out 3 days later.

Love the sofa and love seat. Clay, our salesperson was great. The love seat did not come with the power supply, and when I contacted the store to get the missing part, I was given the run around. They could not handle it at the store. Given a number to call, went to voicemail, no returned calls. Left email messages, no reply. Used chat assistance, was assured I would receive a call back from parts department, no reply. So customer service not the best. Will not be using their services again in the future.

1. The original mattress purchase was not what was desired. We returned to our salesperson for an adjustment that worked out much better. 2. The delivery people did a great job on the installation. 3. The return visit people did a fine job also.
