Love the sofa and love seat. Clay, our salesperson was great. The love seat did not come with the power supply, and when I contacted the store to get the missing part, I was given the run around. They could not handle it at the store. Given a number to call, went to voicemail, no returned calls. Left email messages, no reply. Used chat assistance, was assured I would receive a call back from parts department, no reply. So customer service not the best. Will not be using their services again in the future.

The Table I chose was offered by the store people to other person who was in store first but did not select this table until I did , Just cause I was not a American or Native. Felt very bad with this kind of attitude with people in sales

Good store,but an issue with my sofa. Didn't like that had to pay for a Repair or bring it back to have it repaired. Ridiculous

It would have been great, but I was told it would be 3 weeks before I could receive my furniture. I paid in full the day I selected it, and it took 2 months to get it.

I brought a king bedroom set, but was not asked do I need a matress so I needed to make a second trip to the store because I realized when I got home that a mattress was on my receipt. A week later I went back to the store to purchase a mattress for the set I just purchased. The person added a mattress pad to my order, but didn't tell me why it was being added or what was it being used for.

Sales agent wrote down the wrong zip code for address which caused a mixed up with the delivery date which resulted into me outsourcing my delivery. I was shocked to learn that due to this error the store inflexibility with delivery scheduling. After a few back and forth conversations the store managed to provide an update with the delivery truck for the previous date as scheduled but by this time I had found another delivery company. The first time I purchased furniture from this organization and wasn't satisfied with services.

The zero gravity chair didn’t work. I determined that it was the battery. The options I was given were Bring it back to exchange or repair. I wanted to swap out the battery with the floor model and let you fix it I could have waited 2 weeks for a technician to come out. I live out of town and have difficulty lifting. I elected to order a new battery for $140 I got it in 2 days and solved the issue at my expense The other 2 pieces were fine. The salesman was very nice

The service was great but after using my credit card in your store I had serval fraudulent charges trying to be charged on my card. This has never happened before.

We ordered the furniture in February 2022 and it was delivered in October 2022. Every month, we got a call to say it was delayed again. Delivery was relatively smooth, with the exception of the delivery guy wreaking of marijuana. (Seriously?! Couldn't wait until you were off work?) They put the furniture together and assured that it was working properly before they left. Overall, not the worst experience, but certainly not the best.

Nice showroom and nice sales staff. The bedframe we chose was poor overall quality. Knotted wood, stain over sanded residue, missing stain in spots.

It took 8 months for me to get my Funiture and every month they said it was coming it never did. Someone from management should have called me are at least offered me a discount but never did and when I asked for someone from management to call they never did.

Everything was great except the pick up.. Diane was excellent. Had to call three (3) times and ring bell to get someone to open pick up door. The dock worker needs an attitude adjustment. Didn't talk, smile and I had to help load my recliner.
