Sales agent wrote down the wrong zip code for address which caused a mixed up with the delivery date which resulted into me outsourcing my delivery. I was shocked to learn that due to this error the store inflexibility with delivery scheduling. After a few back and forth conversations the store managed to provide an update with the delivery truck for the previous date as scheduled but by this time I had found another delivery company.
The first time I purchased furniture from this organization and wasn't satisfied with services.
