We absolutely love our new furniture but have been left disappointed by repair services. I initially went thru the warranty company regarding a bad USB port on the new loveseat. They did nothing for me... despite telling me they were ordering a part and having a repair technician come out. A guy came out, took more photos of the USB panel and said okay, he would take care of it. We heard nothing foe weeks. I called the service department, they had no knowledge of any needed repairs or of a part that had been ordered. They were going to RUSH order a part... another month goes by. I called and oh yeas, we have the part let's get you scheduled. 2nd repair technician comes out, he doesn't have the patt but he'll order it. At this point I called service AGAIN and I also left a message for for our salesman, Mark. Mark called back and said he spoke with the service department and they were going to get me taken care of. Today, technician Cliff came BACK out with the new part. Cliff quickly changed out the switch box and it all works correctly!! Cliff was super easy to work with and is very polite & professional. I'm just happy that after 12+ months of waiting, we have all of our new furniture and everything works the way it should.

Furniture purchased and paid for in December 2021. Order not completed until April 2021. Poor notification on delays.

Sales person I originally dealt with no longer worked there and I was not notified as I was trying to contact him for answers. The new sales person never returned my call about making another purchase for complimenting chairs. The new sales person informed me that the old one was released.

I did not care for my sales person at all. He was gruff, and acted as though I didn’t matter, and he didn’t care for my business.

The good thing : I really like my bed. The bad thing : after I made my purchase & I came back on a different day to talk about delivery . My salesman, Scot looked at me dead in my face , didn’t say hello or anything. After I purchased , he doesn’t know me anymore? Ouch. The power of being greeted means something especially with the kind of money I dropped . Besides that , I would still shop here just not with Scot.

I had good service but unfortunately the furniture looks good but the quality is substandard and poorly made. Materials are cheap. Will not shop there again.

I paid 800 plus dollars for a nice reciner chair that had a great lumbar support . Both of my sons had covid at almost the same time and I couldn't get any help to getmy chair picked up at the Southaven store warehouse. I finally just went and picked it up myself and the guys at the store were very helpful to get it in the truck for me. I got it home and aske my neighbor if he would helpmeget it in the house. We pulled the back off and loaded the bottom part in the house and then brought the back in and lowered it back down in the sleeve on the chair. I sat down and tried all the controls to see if they worked correctly and they did ! I noticed from the back side , I could see a big space on the right side of the chair and it didn't quite fit down on the armrest good . it liked about 2". On the front side ,you could see the same large space on the left side open all the way to the floor between the armrest and the foot rest .I called the next day and got an appt. for someone to come out and adjust my chair or replace it. I told the Lay that I just wasn't going to pay that much money for achair that wasn't right and she agreed!!! The day of the appt.came and I never saw them!!!! I've called back since 2 or 3 times and I can't seem to get anyone to callme back about the chair. I don'twant to drive all the way to Southaven , but GreatAmerican Home store , I know willmake it right ifI can talk to someone! Thanks, Jerry Surratt

I normally shop in the outlet store on Summer. The last purchase I made was done with the young lady at the back counter because there were only 2 sales associates on the floor at the time. There was an older lady who informed me immediately when attempting to ask a question she was eating lunch. And then there was an older guy who was assisting another customer. The young lady who assisted me was the "cashier". She was very pleasant and I was glad she was able to assist. I have bought a few pieces from GAH. I really like shopping in the outlets, I can usually find some good quality pieces.

The customer service was excellent. The 90Day return on new beds is what helped me make a decision on a bed.

You guys need to start building furniture in the great USA. Waiting for 6 months and I get 1 of 2 pieces I bought in July and now the second piece hopes to ship by this July. People are not going to put up with this. I know you can blame Covid and shipping backlogs but if you made it here is America we would not have to wait a year

Scot helped me. Pretty decent job. He understood what I needed and didn’t try to sway me away from what I stated. I loved the fact he listened. We even joked around. I was surprised when I got home to put my beds together and one of my beds had no hardware. I called twice to see if I could get the warehouse get the screws and the warehouse manager Matt wouldn’t answer the phone. I took a different approach and was transferred internally and only THEN did he pick up. They explained that the warehouse closes at 7 and I would need to be there before then to get the screws. Only problem is, I get off work at 7. I asked him to leave the hardware at the receptionist’s desk. He ensured he would. When I got there, they screws were not there and no one knew what I was talking about. Needless to say, the sales team is fine but the warehouse is a mess and is clearly managed by someone extremely lazy and careless when it comes to the customers. Probably won’t return for a while.

Well I'm not happen that the Delivery Crew was unable to place my Couch in the Living Rm. I had to pay 2 delivery cost. Still. Waiting to see if the Loveseat is placed in my living Rm. I feel the Delivery should be FREE.

We like the furniture ok but the coffee table is wobbly. I suppose the table needed to be tightened up. We don't have the time at this point to mess with it but maybe later we can figure out where all the screws are and tighten them down.

The three stars has no impact on the sled person that helped me, Leigh was awesome and helped me every way she could great sales person in my book, with the exception of delivery I worked up till 12:30 daily and they still scheduled me at 11:30-1145 am

Just a three star on the delivery Crue that delivered my furniture. I'm satisfied with my furniture, but the delivery men who delivered my furniture. One of them akrd for a pair of scissors from my mom and took off with them. Didn't even ask why he needed them and ran off with them.
