When my bedroom suit was delivered the lights were not on the bed. I asked the person who delivered it and he stated he manager said it was AS IS. We purchased it with the lights. I had to call my salesman and then another person had to come out 3 days later.

I went right to Joseph to handle the furniture I wanted. He directed me to some options and then I moved through the payment process and it went very well. Thank you for a smooth transaction.

We had a good experience shopping at the Great American Homestore. Our salesman Bryan was helpful but not pushy. He helped us find what we needed and take advantage of a great sale. Delivery was prompt and efficient.

The Person who waited on me was absolutely wonderful! However, the expensive chair I have received is NOT of good quality. I paid way too much money for something that is NOT made well. Arms crunch in. Leaves a dent mark on top of arm. It seems to have cardboard under the smooth gray Italian leather exterior. It has digs on the back top, yet it came out of a box like a new one! The cushion is already squoosing down. Must have poor cheap material inside. Lovely looking, but poorly made. Would love to know what recourse I have.

They were great when I canceled my order. But I had to call and make sure they are sending me a refund on my money, which they didn’t. But did so when by I called them again. I hope. Very nice ppl to do business with.

The in-store shopping experience, salespeople, and service were great. However, the scheduling on the phone for delivery is terrible. Total disaster trying to set up a morning or afternoon delivery. Two items were to be delivered on different dates due to availability. The first item was set up and delivered in the a.m. without issue. The second item was not delivered and the customer representative on the phone was quite arrogant and refused to set a morning delivery. End story I canceled the second item and shopped with another business that can make morning deliveries.

My sales experience was great! The salesman listened to our needs and helped us receive our furniture in a timely manner. However, I have to sadly say that I was very disappointed in the quality of the furniture we received. The store model looked like a very pretty off/antique white color, but it came to me with an almost green/gray undertone. My sister actually asked me what color it was! Also, the set is not well made unfortunately. It is not solid and it has visible cracks in the paint and wood. I had high hopes because it was beautiful in the store, but I would caution people to think twice about the quality of certain collections.
