The in-store shopping experience, salespeople, and service were great. However, the scheduling on the phone for delivery is terrible. Total disaster trying to set up a morning or afternoon delivery. Two items were to be delivered on different dates due to availability. The first item was set up and delivered in the a.m. without issue. The second item was not delivered and the customer representative on the phone was quite arrogant and refused to set a morning delivery. End story I canceled the second item and shopped with another business that can make morning deliveries.
