“China did well during the sales process. Deliver guys did good. We got one wrong piece. That was corrected a couple of days later. I believe you could improve on timing of deliveries.”

“I have bought several items from this store over the years and have gotten good quality. It would have been nice to be able to have maybe a cup of coffee while shopping or a coke . My sales lady did a good job in contacting me when my recliner arrived. Thank you.”

“Experience at store was good , but when we picked up furniture they sent a different love seat home instead of the matching couch and we were stuck with it for a week, and had to take off work for them to come exchange them.”

“Great in-store help, except they pretty much forced me to take an ottoman (to a chair) so they would not be left with it. Ottoman was discounted, but salesman tried to push the set as priced as a one unit, although they had separate price tags. Frustrating.”

“The process to buy 2 lamps took too long. I had to sign 2 or three sets of papers, like I was signing my life away. I will buy that from retail stores (Home Goods, Homer Decor) from now on.”

“Had a great experience with the salesman, he showed me what I wanted to see and explained the products so I would understand them. The delivery guys were friendly and considert, the setup was professional with the exception of the adjustable base for the bed,they did not check to see if it worked.I called them and told them the trouble I was having with the bed base, their answer was quick and not understandable ending with a quick hangup. I looked at everything I could think of and finally figured out what the problem was. My bed now works to my satisfaction”
