Had a great experience with the salesman, he showed me what I wanted to see and explained the products so I would understand them. The delivery guys were friendly and considert, the setup was professional with the exception of the adjustable base for the bed,they did not check to see if it worked.I called them and told them the trouble I was having with the bed base, their answer was quick and not understandable ending with a quick hangup. I looked at everything I could think of and finally figured out what the problem was. My bed now works to my satisfaction
