Great job, replace chair instead of trying to reupholster it. Service was quick and courteous.

Salesperson was WONDERFUL!! She went above and beyond trying to help us. We didn't like that everything we wanted to buy was out of stock and would not be in stock for months! We really needed new furniture ASAP!

Thanks to Cliff and Jasmin for assisting me with the purchase of the table and I would like to let you all know that the table looks good in my Living Room. The table was priced right and I love the selection that I made. The service was a little sluggish at the Southaven store, but I finally got my table.

I am enjoying my beautiful bedroom set. The second delivery went smoothly and orderly. I was disappointed when I had to pay an additional delivery fee because the original bed I ordered would not fit up the stairs. That seemed unfair. Still glad I chose GAHS to buy furniture.

One month after ordering I got a call from the store letting me know my order came in. Unfortunately my order had shipped to their other store in the area and I had a balance that must be paid before they could transfer my order to the store for pick up. I thought this was pretty silly that I was going to have to fix their problem before I could get my order? I told her to just cancel my order and refund my deposit to my credit card. She put me on hold and a nice manager came on that did not know details of why we were speaking. Told her my story and she seemed to be happy to get my order to the store to be picked up without me having to pay the balance first. I still don’t understand this policy and someone needs to look into it… Cheers,

I was chose a style of Bed but get home another style of Bed ! Them both pretty and luxurious, but still wrong something ! Maybe Allen not focus on Me enough! Good price and luxury Stuff!

I put most of the furniture together myself but one of the chairs would not line up well, so i brought it back to the store. But it still is wobbly and not sitting like it should on the floor. So I plan to call Customer service on Monday to once request to return it for a replacement.

Donna Chapman our salesperson at the Southaven MS store was awesome. She was kind and knowledgeable. She worked hard to get the items we wanted to us as soon as they were available. China at the service desk was also very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was on Jeff who was very rude and disrespectful to my wife when she was in to make a payment on our order. The delivery staff also did an excellent job.
