“Mr. Joe at the Bartlett location is phenomenal. I didn’t feel pressured to buy and showed me the best options based on his own customer reviews. Helped me find the perfect sectional for my family and i love it.”

“I was happy with evrrything except having to pay list price. Never have done that b4. Was told it was because it was on clearance. But then later I saw it much cheaper on line from other people. Now im wondering it truly was on clearance. Loved friendliness of ladies in billing/behind desk. Really liked delivery people also.”

“i was very pleased with the way i was allowed to look and find what i wanted and not be followed around like you were a child. Yet, when i was ready to make my purchase someone was readily available and helpful in all questions i ask.”

“My purchase was quick an easy. Jeff told me where everything was a said he would see me in 10 minutes and he was there. He answered all my questions. Delivery was good also two days after ordering and they were delivered.”

“Our sales person was great. I only wish she would have communicated all options of terms instead of assuming we wanted twelve months. Thankfully I asked and she said changed it to thirty six months which was PERFECT!!! Great customer service.”

“The Great American home store has lots of good furniture the staff seems to be courteous I only had one problem with thinking I was getting new furniture versus a floor model The Manager and the Owner Mr. Ron took care of me but before that a Very Nice Lady named Denise C.Tansil that's in sales made me look at in a way that worked best for me that's the only reason i didn't give them 5 stars”
