My only complaint is that our chaise had a tear in it when it was delivered. My wife reached out to our sales person about the tear and she said that she would call her back and never returned the call. I eventually reached customer service and they are going to replace the chaise, but it is frustrating that she wouldn't call back or answer any other calls. That made us feel like she was done with us after we purchased from her.

I have a question or concern about the furniture that was delivered to me. I purchased new furniture but the furniture that was delivered to me did not have any tags or plastic or anything on it. Did they deliver new furniture to me or slightly used furniture/furniture off the floor?

Our White Glove Delivery Service includes removing your new furniture from all packing materials and inspecting it on our docks before it is loaded onto our trucks. This way, we can check over your new furniture for you before delivery, and our delivery team can concentrate on setting up your new furniture for you in the room of your choice without the inconvenience of having to do any additional clean-up. The pieces that are delivered are new, just unpackaged prior to delivery for the sake of time and convenience to our customers. Good customer service, also my sofa and chair was made local in the USA which is Great. Although the sofa was a bit pricey as the price went up a $100 since Feb. 2021. Easy pick up at the warehouse and the guys loaded it. Thanks~

Everything was great with exception of the selling point for the 2 power recliners purchased. The salesperson stated the battery would last for 300 uses or 3-4 weeks. The batteries for both chairs at full charge lasts one day each. We have to keep them plugged in to operate.

I was not really pleased with the lift chair. My husband said it wasn't the chair he sat in at the store. It is smaller than my old one and my husband will not sit in it. He says it is too small. Also, I thought it rocked.

It’s ridiculous that your delivery doesn’t come with pick up at that price. I’m still trying to figure out what to do with my old couch

I did not receive a call that the furniture ordered was in Memphis. That was ok; but then I was told to get it delivered to Southaven, which is where I ordered it, I had to pay the balance. This was not in the writing I received at the time of the deposit. In effect, I had to pay 100% of the cost with no furniture to see. I just had to trust the store. Again, I wasn't told this upfront and it wasn't in writing. This needs to be changed! Mr. Becker was unable to be reached.

We decided to switch to a King size bed. Found a headboard that matched our bedroom at a reasonable price. Picked out a king set…box and mattress. We had it delivered and we are very pleased with everything. Sleeping great.
