“The shopping and purchasing experience was great. Easy process. Knowledge staff. No pressure approach. Highly recommend. Delivery scheduling should be more flexible. Being given a 4 hour block is not exactly convenient but I understand why that may be necessary. I requested that block of time to be in the morning hours vs evening hours and was told that isn’t possible. Even if it delayed the delivery date? Not possible. I have no complaints about the delivery itself. The delivery staff were friendly and efficient. I am suggesting you revisit your scheduling process and build in a bit more flexibility for your customers with busy lives, responsibilities, obligations to employers, etc. Thank you for listening.”

“Over 6 months ago we purchased a $4000 bedroom set àt your Southaven store. Our sales rep, Leigh, was incredible, not pushy or hovering, and patient! Unfortunately, the mirror to our dresser was broken beyond repair in the warehouse. The set had been discontinued and there was a very long wait for one from the manufacturer. Both Leigh and her manager kept me updated on a regular basis for 6 months and I never had to ask about it first. We now have a complete set and will shop here again. The only reason our rating is 4 not 5 is bebause they mirror was broken to begin with.”
