“The experience was good. My biggest challenge was the way you all process 90 day same as cash. I felt very uncomfortable providing my bank account information. Although I paid cash I felt pressured to do so”

“We ordered and paid for a recliner in January and were told it would probably come in around March. The sales lady "Erin" was very sociable and easy to work with. Prior to the recliner's arrival she called and stated when their records indicated it was to arrive, April 4th. (She was scheduled to go have surgery, and told us what to do if we didn't hear from the Grt Am Homestore) Called on April 11th and was told yes it came in and they would move from Southhaven store to the store we went to in North Memphis. Told we could get the next day. Was in a box when we got there. #'s matched so took. When we unpacked, the fabric was different from what we had originally seen. Decided to keep.”

“Ms Donna in southaven store very professional, not pushy but also super attentive and available! Have used her now for multiple purchases. Furniture appears good quality so far. Organized pickup, also had some delivered with professional drivers and set up. Will shop here again. Have not had same experience with other furniture store.”

“I love this store and have purchased a lot of furniture pieces from the Southaven store. Clay Wilkinson was the best, great customer service and will buy from him again. This last purchase did not go so well. I called to see how to pay and what form to pay and was told I could pay a certain way but had to wait 10 days. I paid in full and waited the 10 days only to be told I could not pick up my furniture. I followed policy and still couldn't pick it up. Asked to speak with upper management and only to be told sales manager was off and the one there could not help me, could not release my furniture and could not explain why I couldn't get my furniture even though it was notated that I had to wait 10 business days, I waited the 10 days and wanted to pick up Saturday. Other mishaps happened and this pickup process was a nightmare.”

“Customer Service was okay. The Salesperson did a good job of explaining everything and available discounts to help with a big purchase. Delivery had to be split due to some items being on back order. Understanding market conditions and Supply Chain constraints, however, this was not too big of an issue. It was raining the day that the delivery truck arrived, but the movers did a good job of ensuring out new furniture was covered to prevent them from getting wet. Will definately shop here again.”

“The GAHS tends to change what they offer and that is good. Prices aren't bad, would like to see a shorter wait time to receive purchases. The sales personnel were very nice and informative.”
