I love this store and have purchased a lot of furniture pieces from the Southaven store. Clay Wilkinson was the best, great customer service and will buy from him again. This last purchase did not go so well. I called to see how to pay and what form to pay and was told I could pay a certain way but had to wait 10 days. I paid in full and waited the 10 days only to be told I could not pick up my furniture. I followed policy and still couldn't pick it up. Asked to speak with upper management and only to be told sales manager was off and the one there could not help me, could not release my furniture and could not explain why I couldn't get my furniture even though it was notated that I had to wait 10 business days, I waited the 10 days and wanted to pick up Saturday. Other mishaps happened and this pickup process was a nightmare.
