We ordered and paid for a recliner in January and were told it would probably come in around March. The sales lady "Erin" was very sociable and easy to work with. Prior to the recliner's arrival she called and stated when their records indicated it was to arrive, April 4th. (She was scheduled to go have surgery, and told us what to do if we didn't hear from the Grt Am Homestore) Called on April 11th and was told yes it came in and they would move from Southhaven store to the store we went to in North Memphis. Told we could get the next day. Was in a box when we got there. #'s matched so took. When we unpacked, the fabric was different from what we had originally seen. Decided to keep.
